Our client, who provides responsive repairs and maintenance services to the local area is looking for a coordinator to join a team of 4 to make sure all the trades and workers have all materials that are required to complete jobs as booked or for responsive repairs in a timely manner.
You will coordinate with the internal teams and trades to understand what materials are required and then liaise with local suppliers to procure them.
You must have excellent communication skills, confident with administration and be able to prioritise in a changing environment.
Duties include…
- Taking calls from trade operatives and managers.
- Liaising with operatives to understand what materials are needed for the job so these can be delivered in a timely manner.
- Accurately note amounts and measurements as required
- Liaising with our local suppliers to procure materials.
- Working effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
- Ad hoc administration duties as and when required.

Hours
- 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
