Marketing Manager (Residential Portfolio)

MCR Property Group is a national real estate investment and development company with offices in Manchester, London, Birmingham and Glasgow. Our portfolio spans residential, commercial, industrial and student living sectors, with high profile schemes delivered across the UK.
All brand, digital marketing and campaign activity is delivered in house from our Manchester headquarters by a multidisciplinary marketing team covering strategy, creative, digital, social and design. The business is currently entering a significant digital transformation phase, with a new technology stack and residential website launching soon.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Residential Portfolio) to lead marketing activity across our Build to Rent and PRS residential portfolio, with a clear focus on lead generation, demand creation and occupancy performance.
This role is suited to someone with strong residential marketing experience who is comfortable owning campaigns end to end, from strategy and planning through to delivery, reporting and optimisation. You will play a key role in shaping how residential marketing operates as we roll out a new website and evolve our wider marketing technology stack, including HubSpot.
Alongside core responsibility for Build to Rent and PRS, the role will also involve light crossover support into our HMO and student portfolios, ensuring alignment across residential brands, campaigns and customer journeys.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, the in house design and digital team, and external partners to deliver consistent, high quality marketing that drives enquiries, viewings and long term brand value.
