A growing renewable energy installation company specialising in Renewable Technology across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects is seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of its marketing function.

With demand for renewable energy continuing to rise, the business is expanding rapidly and bringing marketing in-house. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven marketing professional to shape strategy, build brand visibility and generate high-quality leads within a fast-growing sector.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in supporting business growth through creative and commercially focused marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company’s marketing strategy


• Create campaigns to generate inbound leads


• Manage social media, website content and digital channels


• Produce engaging case studies, articles and marketing content


• Monitor campaign performance and optimise ROI


• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers when required

About You

• Experience in marketing management or digital marketing


• Strong understanding of social media and digital channels


• Experience delivering lead generation campaigns


• Commercially minded with a proactive, creative approach


• Comfortable working independently in a growing business environment
