About our client
Our Client is a marketing agency passionate about crafting impactful marketing solutions for a diverse range of customers. Their customer base is varied and consists of both B2B and B2C Customers.
About the Role
They're seeking a versatile Marketing Executive to join on a full-time basis in their Northampton office. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your skills across a wide range of marketing activities, making a tangible impact on customers' success. In the role you will be responsible for all the marketing requirements for your allocated customers.
This is a varied role one day you may be creating website content for an antique furniture e-commerce customer, another day you may be creating social media posts for an Enforcement Agent or writing a LinkedIn newsletter for a customer that make over moulded connectors (yes, we had to google that too when they came onboard!).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including website content, social media, email and print.
- Create new content, including blogs and optimise website content for search engines (SEO).
- Manage customer social media channels, including LinkedIn articles, as necessary.
- Create eye-catching visuals and artwork for campaigns. Experience in Adobe Suite is required, but we’ll let you use Canva sometimes.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, using this data to improve future performance.
- Appear on camera for social media content.
- Engage with both B2B and B2C customers.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns as and when required.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads – this is a nice to have but not a deal breaker.
- Experience of Premier Pro video editing – another nice to have.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to both online and offline channels.
- Creative flair and an eye for design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite, SEO principles, and social media platforms is a requirement of the role.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office’ tools.
- Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools is beneficial.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.
- Experience in paid advertising especially Google Ads, not essential.
- Experience in Adobe PremierPro, not essential.
