Make a Bigger Impact While Staying Connected to the Work You Love

Are you an experienced support worker or team leader ready to take the next step in your career? If you’re passionate about person-centred care and want to grow your leadership skills while continuing to make a direct difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for an Assistant Locality Manager to join our team across a locality of six supported living services. While your primary base will be in Nottingham, Derby, and Staffordshire, you’ll be expected to support other services in the locality during the manager’s absence or as needed.

Who Will You Be Supporting?

Here's a bit more about two individuals you’ll be closely involved in supporting:

  • A gentleman in his 30s with autism who enjoys cooking from scratch, snooker, eating out, cinema trips, and social media. He has a close relationship with his family and thrives on structure and positive engagement.

  • A gentleman in his 40s with a mild learning disability who leads a very active life. He volunteers five days a week, enjoys car shows, holidays to Europe, cinema, and collecting model vehicles. He’s highly social and supported by a very involved family.

Both individuals are supported on a 1:1 basis, and your leadership will ensure their support remains consistent, empowering, and tailored to their goals.

  • Work Pattern:

    • 15 hours per week in the office or working from home
    • Remaining hours on rota (including days, sleep-ins, and weekends)
    • Participation in the on-call rota is required
