Maintenance Plumber

I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber for an ongoing contract based in South Kensington.

The working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday with overtime available.

The initial temporary rate is £23 per hour.

Primary duties are drainage maintenance, water treatment, logging of info/compliance, plumbing maintenance, blockages, tap swaps, shower head descaling.

Knowledge of commercial maintenance and commercial plant rooms is essential.

To be suitable for this contract you must meet the below criteria:

1. Have a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a commercial environment.


2. Be qualified to plumbing level 2 or 3.


3. Have knowledge of fixing leaks, unblocking toilets/sinks etc.


4. Water treatment knowledge.


5. Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references from work completed in the past 5 years.


6. Have your own safety boots and basic hand tools.
