Litigation Solicitor / COLP

Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, with a focus on civil litigation and/or group claims.

Oversee risk and compliance for the firm in your role as COLP, ensuring SRA and regulatory compliance.

Work closely with management to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

Conduct file audits and support continuous improvement in quality and risk management.

Act as a key point of contact for the SRA and manage annual returns and other regulatory filings.
