Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone

Contract: Part Time 22.5 Hours Per Week  

Salary: £24,599.81 - £25,875.00 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Women’s Health Physiotherapist to lead and develop our Women’s Health Physiotherapy service. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about women’s health and wants to combine clinical expertise with leadership in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) offers the flexibility to maintain a strong work–life balance, while still providing the opportunity to lead a specialist service and influence patient outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

As a lead Women’s Health Physiotherapist you will:

  • Lead and develop the Women’s Health Physiotherapy service, ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient experience.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for women’s health conditions.
  • Provide expert advice, rehabilitation and education to support patients in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient care.
  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical governance, ensuring best practice standards are maintained.

What we’re looking for:

Essential

  • Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with the HCPC.
  • Extensive experience working within Women’s Health Physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and deliver compassionate, patient-focused care.

Desirable

  • Previous leadership or service development experience.
  • Experience working within a private healthcare setting.
