Location: Chippenham, SN14
Position: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) – Includes sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
Pay Rate: £14.66 per hour

We’re looking for a Lead Support Worker to join our team in Chippenham, working across a variety of support settings to help adults with learning disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives.

About the Role
As a Lead Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in:
- Supporting and mentoring your team to deliver person-centred care
- Promoting independence and wellbeing for the people we support
- Working collaboratively across services in Chippenham
- Leading with values, ensuring dignity, respect, and inclusion are at the heart of everything you do
- Problem-solving and planning, helping to create positive outcomes and smooth transitions
