About the homeThe service currently supports five adults, and this may change as the needs of the home evolve. The people who live here enjoy getting out and about — exploring new places, trying new activities and building independence, confidence and healthier routines.
As a Lead Support Worker, you’ll play an essential part in shaping these opportunities and ensuring each day is filled with meaningful moments.
