The service currently supports five adults, and this may change as the needs of the home evolve. The people who live here enjoy getting out and about — exploring new places, trying new activities and building independence, confidence and healthier routines.

As a Lead Support Worker, you’ll play an essential part in shaping these opportunities and ensuring each day is filled with meaningful moments.

As a Lead Support Worker, you’ll help the people we support live happy, fulfilling and independent lives — while guiding colleagues so they feel confident and supported in delivering great care.

You will:

• Support people to enjoy their community, discover new opportunities and try new experiences
• Encourage independence and daily routines that help people live healthier, happier lives
• Coach colleagues, role-model great practice and provide day-to-day guidance
• Contribute to the smooth running of the home, ensuring support aligns with plans, policies and our values
• Work every other weekend as part of a stable, supportive rota

• £14.44 per hour
• 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
