As a Lead Software Engineer, you will help build, support, and improve the software used across the organisation. This includes:
- In-house developed systems
- Integrations with third-party and internal systems
- Legacy systems
- Development tools and infrastructure
You will lead by example, guide engineers, and support the team manager with planning, reporting, and team coordination.

If you are successful at the 1st stage interview you will be invited to the Head office in Reading to complete a technical assessment in September.
About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Help manage the team when needed and take on delegated responsibilities
- Design and build new features based on user stories
- Ensure consistent use of UI/UX and accessibility standards
- Maintain and improve pipelines, builds, and deployment processes
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Software Engineer
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Possess expert Knowledge and experience of Powershell.
- Previous senior software engineer role - experience
- Good knowledge and broad experience building/maintaining applications using the Serenity Application Framework
- Good Knowledge of Bootstrap
- Good knowledge and experience of TSQL Programming
