Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various manual tasks across our site, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards. Duties

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment


• Preparing work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and supplies


• Supporting tradespeople with basic tasks such as moving items, mixing materials, or assembling components


• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site to promote safety and efficiency


• Operating basic machinery or tools as required, following safety guidelines


• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to minimise risks


• Assisting with transportation of materials around the site using appropriate equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided


• Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift


• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team


• Strong commitment to health and safety procedures


• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different tasks as needed


• Basic organisational skills and attention to detail


• A valid right to work in the UK is essential
