My client is seeking a Key Account Manager who loves building relationships, closing deals, and turning supply chain challenges into smart solutions. If you have B2B sales experience, a knack for tech like RFID or Barcode Scanning, and a drive to hit targets, this is your chance to grow.
Responsibilities:
Mapping target accounts and building relationships with key customers via telephone and other lead generation methods
Identifying new opportunities within your customer base and securing orders to ensure sales targets are consistently met
Using and maintaining customer information and opportunities in the clients Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
Identifying efficiency & productivity issues within your customer base, and collaborating with clients Technical, Commercial, Logistics and Finance teams to build and implement solutions that ensure successful outcomes
Skills / qualities required:
Strong verbal & written communications skills
Experience in business development and account management, with an ability to build lasting commercial relationships.
Experience in business planning to ensure revenue and margin targets are met
Enthusiasm, confidence and inquisitiveness
Hours of work:
This is a Full-Time position - 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive.
