An industry leading company has secured an exciting new contract in the South Down area and are now looking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

Key responsibilities;

• Assist with the delivery of major contracts and interpretation of client requirements.


• Assist senior QS with management of client relationship & service delivery.


• Accurate site measurements and drawing/taking off plans.


• Preparation of quotations for client based on site measure & schedule of rates


• Project management of schemes that receive approval.


• Programming of project resources.


• Maintain cost control of live projects.


• Assist management of directly employed trades.

Essential Criteria;

• Recognised Construction Qualification (BSc/HNC/HND)


• Recognised Quantity Surveying Qualification


• Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training


• Full UK Driving License


• 2 years’ experience in construction industry
