Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Health and Safety Advisor to join our client’s team in the construction sector. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment on construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections under supervision.
• Support training sessions on health and safety practices.
• Help investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Some experience or internship in health and safety, preferably in construction.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or willingness to obtain them.
• Proficiency in IT systems and software.
