Role: Junior Estimator

Location: Belfast

Hours: Full Time (9am–5pm, early finish Friday)

Pay: £35–40k (dependent on experience)

The Role:

As an Estimator, you’ll be a key part of the Contracts team, providing professional estimating and surveying support from tender stage through to project completion. You’ll work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to prepare accurate costs, manage budgets, and ensure projects run smoothly.

The Requirements:

• Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline


• Minimum two years’ commercial experience in office interiors, shop fit-out, or an internal trade background


• Strong mathematical, IT, and communication skills


• Self-motivated, tenacious, and a critical thinker with the ability to work autonomously


• Must have access to own transport and flexibility to travel throughout Ireland and occasionally the UK
