They are an MSP, dealing with many technologies that allow their clients' businesses to operate. They serve clients of all sizes and excel in providing premium service with a human touch.

As a member of the service desk team, you'll have your work cut out, dealing with an array of questions and problems, across a wide subset of products. This is a perfect opportunity to enhance your technical know-how and further your career.
A regular day will involve responding to inbound tickets from clients over the phone and via our online ticketing system, provision of new telephony systems and networks, configuration of hardware, and troubleshooting complex issues.
