IT Apprentice - Level 3

Our client's organisation is split into 3 core areas: In the main they provide C-level support for technology strategy combined with traditional MSP roles and have a fully managed Security Operation that manages cyber security defence for their clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a Technology Service Provider (TSP) at the cutting edge of technology. In the AI space, CloudCombinator are an Advanced Tier AWS partner business, that specialises in building AI solutions for technology companies using the latest building blocks of AI solutions delivered by AWS. This is a fast growth area for AI Engineers and AWS Solution Architects and is looking to grow. In the dedicated Cyber Security sector, they are a cyber security management SaaS solution that is deployed and trusted by over 250,000 global users. This is a software company at the heart and has provided a great career path for some of the most talented engineers.

The role:

Monday to Friday - Shifts TBC
Total working hours: 40

What you will do in your working day:

As an IT Apprentice, your main/immediate responsibility will include:

Providing 1st line technical support for telephone and email requests from users
Offering application support to ensure users are leveraging cloud systems to their fullest potential
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, escalating or resolving them as required
Maintaining and documenting the registration system
Managing user requests for software downloads or installations
Maintaining existing systems and troubleshooting performance issues

The training you will receive:

ICT Level 3 qualification
All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes
Functional skills in English & maths if required

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential
