International Spiritual Life Development Coordinator and Content Producer
We are hiring for a Spiritual Life Development Coordinator and Content Producer for a maternity cover contract for one year.

Position: VAC0133 International Spiritual Life Development Coordinator and Content Producer
Location: London/Hybrid
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £37,509.67 per annum
Contract: Maternity cover
Benefits: Travel to Work allowance of up to £3800 per annum; generous pension scheme (up to 12% employer contribution) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays; onsite Cafe discount

About the Role
This role involves supporting the World Secretary for Spiritual Life Development to strategically and intentionally nurture, encourage and facilitate personal spiritual growth in Salvationists and those we are called to serve, ensuring Christ’s values are reflected in all our plans and decisions as a movement.
About You
You will demonstrate alignment with the charity’s mission and values and have a genuine desire to see people grow and develop spiritually. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident to use a range of tools to create, upload and share content.
Please note that this role has an occupational requirement that the successful candidate must be a committed and practising Christian and will be in sympathy with the doctrines of, and supportive of, the purposes and the aims of The Salvation Army.
