We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join an industry leader in construction materials.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Counter & Sales Support

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tradespeople, installers, and developers.


• Respond to trade enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.


• Provide product advice, pricing information, stock availability, and coordinate deliveries.

Retail Showroom Sales

• Understand customer project requirements and recommend suitable products.


• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.


• Calculate quantities and measurements for customer projects.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in trade counter sales, retail sales, builders’ merchants, or a similar environment.


• Confident working with both trade and retail customers.
