Our client is a large construction group who work across the South Coast. They work within the property refurbishment, restoration, insurance, decoration and remedial services sectors. They are looking for a contracts manager and the role with lie within their established Insurance Reinstatement Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the insurance industry and have experience in working within an estimator/project and or contracts manager capacity. You must also have experience in working with Blueprint and Symbility Systems.

The ideal candidate will have construction and insurance experience working with fire, flood, storm and subsidence damage.

Your role and duties will be;

To undertake initial surveys
Advise on appropriate repairs
Compile detailed work scopes
Programme and financially plan the project for consideration.
To prepare H&S documentation and conduct RAMS.
You will be responsible for the delivery with regard to timescale, cost, quality, and client expectation.
Working closely with claim handlers, site managers, operatives and subcontractors. To coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan.
Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports.
