Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Insulation (Lagging) Technician to join our team in North Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing thermal insulation work on refrigeration pipework systems, helping to maintain energy efficiency, prevent condensation, and protect piping in industrial refrigeration applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials accurately to refrigeration pipework.

• Apply appropriate adhesives, tapes, and coverings to seal insulation and maintain thermal integrity.

• Ensure all lagging is installed neatly, securely, and free from gaps or compression.

• Inspect pipework before insulation to identify and report any defects, leaks, or issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in insulation, lagging, or similar trade (preferred but not essential).

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Awareness and adherence to health and safety practices.
