An opportunity for a HR Professional to work for a highly successful, family-owned business supporting the process of building their organisational culture and growth through recruitment efforts.
The role
- Verifying certifications and references for potential candidates
- Scheduling and Assisting with the Interview Process
- Generating job descriptions on job boards, vetting and shortlisting candidates
About you:
- CIPD Level 3 or higher, or relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of employment law (ROI and/or NI).
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
