Role Summary
HG are recruiting an HR People assistant; to join our team in Thrapston & Islip for 1year fixed term (maternity cover). Reporting to the People Manager you will be providing high quality HR administration, advice and support to the site.
Pay Rate
£12.82 Per Hour / £15,000 PA
Hours
22.5 Hours per week – Monday - Friday

Requirements
- Must have worked in HR Administration/Assistant or similar roles previously
- Working knowledge of employment law
- Payroll experience to support with basic queries
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships quickly.
- Ability to use in house IT Systems in accordance with training provided.
- Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
