HR Officer

HR Officer, Co. Antrim

We are working with a successful NI manufacturer to recruit for their new HR Administrator / Officer to join them on a permanent basis on the outskirts of Ballymena.

Working within their dedicated HR Team you will be supporting day to day HR activities including;

• First point of contact for HR queries


• Managing employee records


• Assisting with recruitment processes


• Onboarding new team members


• Ensuring internal systems remain organised and compliant


• Maintain a positive employee experience by supporting managers and staff with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

What we are looking for…

• Educated in an HR, Business or related discipline


• 1 + years HR experience


• Confident IT skills


• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
