Hours of Work: Monday–Thursday: 9.00am–5.30pm, Friday: 9.00am–4.30pm

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will deal with –

• Recruitment & onboarding


• Payroll & time management


• Absence, leave & attendance management


• Employee relations


• Health, safety & wellbeing


• Training & development


• Performance management


• Operational & administrative HR management


• Other ad hoc duties

You will need –

• Proven experience in a stand-alone HR or people operations role


• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)


• Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice


• Experience managing time & attendance systems
