Monday – Friday 8.30pm – 5pm
An opportunity for a HR Manager to work for a highly successful, family-owned business supporting the full employee lifecycle, delivering HR initiatives to drive organisational growth and a positive working culture.
The role
- Work closely with hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and documentation.
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Assist with policy development, document control, and HR templates.
- Coordinate training initiatives and support performance management processes.
- Promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
About you:
- CIPD Level 5 or higher, or relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of employment law (ROI and/or NI).
- Experience handling ER and grievances in line with legal guidance
- Liaise with stakeholders to create initiatives that are conducive with strategy
