HR Advisor
Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone
Contract: Permanent Full Time (40 Hours Per Week)
Shifts: Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm
Salary: £34,200- £37,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our team, providing a comprehensive HR advisory service across KIMS Hospital and the wider LYCA Health group.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while delivering high-quality HR support.
About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, offering expert guidance across all areas of HR and employee relations. You will manage a varied caseload and play an active role in supporting organisational initiatives and projects.
