£29,5000 + hybrid, enhanced holiday leave, private healthcare plus more 

We are working with a successful NI business group to recruit for their new HR Advisor to join them at their east Belfast offices with hybrid working options.

Reporting in HR Manager and working within a small and supportive team you will be working across;

• Supporting multisite business management on all HR activities


• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes


• Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies & processes


• HR reporting and performance monitoring

What we are looking for…

• 2 years HR experience


• Ideally educated to degree level in a related discipline or CIPD qualified


• Confident knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
