Home Delivery Driver – We’re looking for a committed and personable Home Delivery Driver, located close to our Lowestoft Head Quarters in this full-time, permanent position. This role goes beyond driving as it requires the delivery of exceptional customer service and advice to every client when delivering their mobility scooters.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Home Delivery Driver who can offer far more than just excellent driving skills. You’ll be a key representative of our brand, delivering scooters to both retail partners and directly to our end users - many of whom are elderly or have limited mobility. Working hours for this role will be varied due to delivery schedules across the UK.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Safely deliver scooters across the UK to both retail and private customers.
• Carry out clear, respectful handovers, particularly with vulnerable or elderly clients.
• Load and unload bulky equipment safely - physical fitness is essential.
• Conduct product demonstrations to customers upon delivery.
• Represent the brand professionally, maintaining high standards and accurate records.
• Work flexibly, including early starts, late finishes, overnight stays, and basic vehicle/product checks.

About you:

As our new Home Delivery Driver, will hold a full, clean UK driving licence and are confident driving long distances in a van. You’ll live within an hour of Lowestoft and will be comfortable with regular visits to our HQ. You will need to be physically fit and capable of handling larger equipment, and you’ll approach every delivery with care and professionalism. With exceptional customer service skills, you will communicate clearly and respectfully, especially with vulnerable or elderly customers – patience is key. You will need to be flexible with your schedule, you’re prepared for early starts, long days, and occasional overnight stays - always taking pride in leaving a positive, lasting impression.
