Role: Health & Safety Advisor
Location: Toome, travel to UK required 3x per week
Hours: Full Time
Pay: £40,000 to £60,000

The Role:
- Carry out risk assessments and implement safe systems of work.
- Ensure all site activities comply with health & safety legislation.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and fire safety procedures.
- Deliver inductions and ensure staff understand responsibilities.
- Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports.
- Liaise with external authorities and stakeholders.
- Monitor certifications and site compliance requirements.
- Advise on COSHH, fire regulations, and machinery safety.
- Manage PPE procurement and H&S equipment.
- Continuously review and improve H&S policies and procedures.
The Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate.
- CSCS/CSR Card.
- Experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role within construction or fit-out.
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance.
- Experience conducting investigations and audits.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Flexible approach with willingness to travel (approx. 50%).
