Head of Family Department

Duties will include:

You’ll handle a varied private family caseload, with a focus on:

• Divorce and financial remedy
• Domestic abuse and coercive control, including specialist work on narcissistic abuse
• Child contact and safeguarding issues
• Culturally sensitive family matters (Sharia advisory offered)
• Supporting clients post-separation with access to wraparound services and resources

The successful candidate will:

• 4+ years’ experience in private family law (PQE flexible)
• A deep understanding of and commitment to trauma-informed practice
• A strong sense of justice, empathy, and a desire to be part of something bigger
• An openness to working differently – embracing tech, collaboration, and innovation
• Cultural sensitivity and/or experience with clients from diverse backgrounds is highly desirable
