About the Role:
We are a reputable property maintenance and staffing agency seeking skilled and reliable Handymen to join our growing network in Crawley. This role involves working on a variety of assignments across residential, commercial, and rental properties. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting jobs
Perform property inspections and report required repairs
Complete tasks such as assembling furniture, hanging shelves, repairing fixtures, etc.
Maintain accurate records of completed work
Follow safety guidelines and company protocols
Represent the agency professionally on client sites
Requirements:
Proven handyman or multi-trade experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Ability to carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks
Good communication and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
Own tools and vehicle
Flexible availability to take on short-notice jobs or emergency call-outs
Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable (but not essential):
CSCS card or Health & Safety certification
Trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)
