Health & Safety Advisor (Construction / Fit-Out)

Location: NI with UK & ROI travel (3 days/week)

The Role

We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a growing construction and fit-out contractor. You’ll support site teams across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with H&S legislation and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Duties

• Carry out risk assessments and site inspections


• Implement safe systems of work


• Ensure compliance with H&S legislation


• Conduct incident investigations and reporting


• Deliver inductions and toolbox talks


• Monitor and improve H&S policies and procedures


• Ensure all personnel have valid certification/cards


• Advise on COSHH, fire safety, noise, machinery

Requirements

• NEBOSH Certificate


• CSCS/CSR Card


• Experience in construction / fit-out H&S role


• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Proactive and adaptable approach
