Pay: £20 - £21 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Groundworker to join our team. This role involves working on a variety of groundworks tasks on construction sites. Work is available immediately in the Battle area. Key responsibilities include:

• Excavating and digging trenches for foundations and utilities


• Laying foundations, kerbs, and drainage systems


• Installing and maintaining site infrastructure (e.g., pipes, drains, cables)


• Operating plant machinery (if qualified)


• Ensuring the site is safe and following health and safety regulations


• Assisting with general site labouring tasks as required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Groundworker or in a similar role


• CSCS card (required)


• Valid Driving License (preferred but not essential)


• Ability to operate plant machinery (if applicable)


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently


• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour tasks


• Able to travel to and from site
