GROUNDWORKER WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN SKELMERSDALE

Job Title: Groundworker  

Location: Skelmerdale, West Lancashire  

Hourly Rate: £19.29 Per hour 

• Work vehicle provided


• Fuel card

Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work.

Overview for Groundworker role:

We are seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Clearing the site of vegetation or carrying out any other site clearance


• Preparing the ground for the building team to lay the foundations


• Setting up the construction site


• Digging trenches and laying concrete


• Laying pavement, driveways and kerbs

At all times, groundworkers should follow general health and safety procedures and any other specific site instructions.

Requirements for Groundworker role:

•  City & Guilds Diploma in Construction, DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, CSCS
