This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a strong career foundation with a company offering hands-on project exposure and clear progression.

What You’ll Do:

  Assist with cost planning, estimating, and project budgeting

  
  


• 
  

  Support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

  
  


• 
  

  Support the measurement and valuation of work done on-site

  
  


• 
  

  Help manage project cost control and reporting processes

  
  

What You’ll Need:

• 
  

  A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent numerical and analytical skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

  
  


• 
  

  Great communication skills and a willingness to learn

  
  


• 
  

  Full UK driving licence
