We’re working with a business based in Lisburn to search for their next General Manager. The business specialises in precision tooling and supply some on Northern Irelands largest manufacturers with quality parts.

This is a replacement role with a 6-month hand over period, so you’ll have plenty of time to learn and get up to speed.

The site in Lisburn has 14 direct reports and works closely with their parent company based in England.

You’ll have responsibility for the full operations of the Lisburn facility which includes everything from HR to production planning and supply chain management.

What do you need?

• Extensive experience within an operations, supply chain or general management role within an engineering environments.


• Good knowledge of H&S and Quality standard.


• Excellent people management experience.
