Gas Engineer

We at Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join one of our clients covering the Wednesbury/Birmingham regions. You will be required to carry out Service & Breakdown works on social housing properties.

Overview for the role:

Job Title: Gas Engineer  

Location: Wednesbury, Birmingham  

Rate: £39,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Call outs / OTE - £50,000+

Responsibilities of the Gas Engineer:

• Completion of relevant service and breakdown works


• Carry out maintenance, repairs and/or installations to a high standard


• Produce any relevant gas safety certification


• Complete work in both occupied and void properties, and be able to work unsupervised

Requirements for Gas Engineer role:

• DBS, Full Domestic ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 & MET1, Gas Safe Registered


• Social Housing Experience


• Full UK Driving License
