Starting Salary - Full time - £38,500 (Part time roles differ)



OTE of £45,650 with your monthly 10% quality performance bonus

Our client, a recognized leader in Personal Independence Payments (PIP) claim support, is looking for compassionate individuals to join their team.



As a Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting a unique work blend of engaging consultations.



Your expertise will assist in producing comprehensive health and well-being reports, ensuring claimants receive the support they deserve, all while maintaining your respected healthcare license with the NMC or HCPC.

You'll embark on a fully paid remote classroom training, equipped with the necessary IT tools, during your initial 12 weeks of employment. Throughout your journey, you'll receive continuous support from an experienced team, setting you up for success.

Duties & Responsibilities:




  • Conduct a unique blend of 3 assessments per day helping those in need.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records to complete in depth report writing.

  • Maintain a professional manner when dealing with all claimants.



Qualifications:




  • Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing (RMN, RGN, RLDN) / Occupational Therapist/ Paramedic/ Physiotherapist.

  • Minimum 24 months post-qualification experience in Children Nursing.

  • Active registration with NMC/HCPC with no practice restrictions.

  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
