We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fire Risk Assessment Supervisor to join our safety team.

Job Summary:

The Fire Risk Assessment Supervisor (FRA Supervior) will be responsible for leading and managing fire risk assessments across all company facilities. This role requires a thorough understanding of fire safety regulations, risk management principles, and the ability to lead a team in developing and implementing fire safety strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate fire risk assessments for all company properties, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.


• Supervise a team of fire safety professionals, providing guidance and support in conducting fire risk evaluations.


• Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance awareness and compliance within the organization.


• Analyze findings from fire risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of fire safety measures across the organization.


• Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with fire safety standards and recommend improvements as necessary.


• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fire safety and risk management.


• Prepare reports on fire risk assessment findings, safety recommendations, and compliance status for senior management.
