Food Technical Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Food Technical Compliance Specialist within a growing technical team to support product specifications, packaging artwork approval, internal auditing, and new product introduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, approve, and maintain finished product specifications in line with customer and legal requirements


• Generate ingredient declarations and ensure specification accuracy and compliance


• Manage specification updates and maintain customer portal systems


• Support packaging artwork approval and produce legal packaging copy


• Handle customer technical queries and support audits


• Conduct internal audits and close non-conformances


• Support NPD trials, handovers, and first production with complete technical documentation


• Liaise with cross-functional teams to support timelines and process changes

Essential Criteria

• Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science or related discipline


• 1+ year experience with retailer specification online systems is essential


• Knowledge of Food Safety and GMP


• Strong Excel and Word skills
