Food and Beverage Manager

Contract: Full-Time (evening and weekend working required)

Their stadium is a gathering place for thousands each season and a home for community activity all year round.
They are now seeking a talented, motivated Food and Beverage Manager to lead this area, ensuring they run smoothly, profitably, and with the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hospitality and Matchday Experience – Deliver exceptional food, drink, and service for supporters, sponsors, players and guests at all matches and club events.
- Team Leadership and Development – Recruit, train, and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
- Stock and Ordering – Suppliers, stock control, systems, and logistics to maximise efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Customer Experience – Implement service standards and training that elevate the fan and guest experience, encouraging repeat visits and positive word of mouth.
- Collaboration and Growth – Work closely with the Operations Director to support the club’s wider goals.
- Personal Licence Holder – Be registered as the PLH for the premises and be the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS).
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in hospitality, stadium, events, or venue management (sports or leisure industry is desirable).
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders (supporters, sponsors, suppliers, staff, and volunteers).
- A genuine enthusiasm for football, community, and hospitality.
