We’re now looking for Floating Support Workers to join our Peripatetic Team in North Somerset. In this role, you’ll work across different homes and services, offering flexible, person-centred support wherever it’s needed most.
What makes this role different?Floating Support Workers bring energy, adaptability, and compassion to a range of teams. No two days are the same—your work will be guided by the people you support, their routines, and their goals.
You’ll have varied shift patterns due to the nature of covering multiple services. This includes early, late and occasional sleep-in shifts depending on the needs of each home.
You’ll be supported by our Senior Resource Allocation Manager, along with the leadership teams in each service you work in.
