Financial Controller

Financial Controller, Toomebridge, Competitive Salary

We are working with a successful contractor based in Toomebridge to recruit for their new Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis.

You will play an important role across the company, this would include;

• Prepare accurate monthly management


• Produce monthly project-level financial reports, detailing revenue, actual costs, committed spend, and WIP


• Prepare annual budgets


• Deliver detailed cashflow forecasts


• Manage the year-end process, working closely with external auditors


• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax returns, including VAT, PAYE, CIS (UK/NI), VAT RTD, PAYE, and RCT (Ireland)


• Oversee debtor management, ensuring timely collection of payments


• Authorise and process supplier and subcontractor payments


• Maintain relationships with banking partners.

What we are looking for;

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified


• Previous experience in both practice and industry is desirable


• Advanced MS Excel and strong MS Office skills


• High attention to detail and commercial awareness
