Direct EPOS experience isn’t essential. Candidates with previous field service or customer-facing experience, a valid driving licence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
- Attend customer sites to install, maintain, or replace retail IT equipment
- Deliver high standards of customer service while maintaining a professional image
- Manage stock and parts from a company vehicle
- Complete tasks using a mobile job management system
- Support project rollouts and attend training sessions as required
What You’ll Need:
- Previous field-based or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using IT systems and following structured processes
- Full UK driving licence
