We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Newcastle (NE17) areas.
We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 clinical support specialist to accompany a bright and social child during her exciting days at nursery. Born prematurely, she is a resilient little soul living with chronic lung disease, pharyngomalacia, and glottic oedema. She absolutely loves being around people, playing with her toys, and catching her favourite cartoons on TV. You’ll be her shadow and her hero, ensuring she thrives in a learning environment while managing her clinical needs, including tracheostomy care (with suctioning) and PEG feeding.
Our ideal candidate is a non-smoker who is comfortable around two friendly dogs at home. If you are passionate about providing high-quality clinical care while helping a happy toddler navigate her nursery adventures, we would love to meet you!
Shifts include
- Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

- Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle
- You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
