We have an opportunity for a self-motivated and flexible individual with outstanding interpersonal, collaborative and diplomatic skills to join our dedicated Estates and Facilities Team. As Facilities Support Officer (Nights), under the guidance of the Head of Facilities Manager, you will provide support in the management of premises, building, plant and equipment including security, maintenance and all other EFM soft services.

Based in Sidmouth, Devon – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – this is a part-time, permanent contract starting as soon as possible, working 2 consecutive nights, 21.30-07.30, followed by 6 nights off, on a rolling rota.
Please note that this role will include sole and night working. Ability to work alternative work patterns or shifts would be a bonus. Additional hours may be available to cover staff leave and sickness
