Fabricator

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (4-day working week – long weekend every weekend!)
Pay: £14.50 – £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator / Welder to join our growing team. You will be responsible for fabricating and welding a variety of bespoke projects from technical drawings, ensuring all work meets our exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, and brass

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely and effectively

• Working both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Requirements

• Proven experience in fabrication and welding (MIG/TIG)

• Ability to work from technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Good problem-solving skills

• Commitment to health and safety practices
