Portadown - £35k to £45k

Day to Day: Tender for a range of Construction and High profiled fit-out contracts including, Luxury 5-star hotels, Bespoke Residential, Educational, Health, Social & Commercial projects ranging from £1M+ to £20M+.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Construction Related Course / Relevant Qualifications.


• 3+ years post qualification experience working as an Estimator.


• Proven track record within a similar fit-out or construction role.


• Experience of confidently pricing tenders to the minimum value of £1M+.


• A good understanding of market rates and profit margins.


• Full drivers’ licence and proficient on MS Office and Estimating Software.
